For Valentine's Day, Pastry Chef Claire Santos Lopes and Alice Tétienne, Cellar Master of Maison Henriot, have come together to treat lovers' palates!

Together, they have come up with a perfect pairing: a sweet creation in harmony with Henriot's l'Inattendue 2018 vintage, a pink and white grapefruit tart for two, sublimated with Madagascar vanilla.

Discover the pairing from February 13 to 16 at Le Bellevue and Abysse Bar, and also through click & collect for an intimate experience at home.
Also enjoy this pairing during dinner on February 14, with a 4-course menu imagined by Chef Christophe Raoux, Meilleur Ouvrier de France.
